Braden Automotive Group Acquires Performance Cadillac
Braden Automotive Group has acquired Performance Cadillac GMC of Carroll, Ohio, near Columbus. The renamed Braden Cadillac GMC is the group’s 11th dealership and its first Cadillac GMC point in a deal brokered by Steve Corle of Tim Lamb Group.
Performance Automotive Network had originally purchased this dealership back in May of 2020. They performed multiple updates on the storefront, including updates to their showroom and business office along, with a 3-acre lot expansion.
In a release, executives said they plan to implement operational enhancements at the dealership, including expanded vehicle inventory, superior service option and state-of-the-art facilities.
“I am happy to see our dealership purchased by a buyer who will continue to support the local community,” said Bruce Daniels, president of Performance Dealerships. “Steve Corle’s experience and efforts by all parties allowed the transaction to proceed efficiently.”
