The Ed Morse Automotive Group announced the acquisition of multiple dealerships from Lawley Automotive, marking a significant expansion for the company. The deal includes a variety of high-performing franchises that align with Ed Morse’s strategic goals to enhance its presence in key markets. As part of the deal, Ed Morse Automotive Group will acquire seven franchise dealerships and one used car dealership, bringing the total of Ed Morse dealerships to 56.

The deal was managed by the Dave Cantin Group.
