Employee survey results put EFG Companies on Energage’s Top Workplaces list for the eighth time, outscoring industry peers and ranking among the top 100 employers in the Dallas-Fort Worth area, the company announced.

Energage reported high scores for innovation, alignment, respect and support, and 92% of employees said new ideas are encouraged.
