EVAI Rebrands as VMS, Adds Leaders to Exec Team

EVAI is now Vehicle Management Systems (VMS) following a rebrand intended to evoke a “broader vision” for the company, which partners with commercial vehicle dealers as one facet of its work in the AI-driven fleet management enablement field.
Announced alongside the rebrand is the addition of David Prusinski, the former CRO of Ford Integrated Services, who joins VMS founder Ian Gardner as co-CEO, and Strategic Advisor Muffi Ghadiali, who recently led Ford’s Pro Charging team.
“At VMS, we’re building with an AI-first mindset, starting with a proven, focused team that can move fast and rethink what vehicle and fleet management looks like. We believe this is a once-in-a-generation opportunity to disrupt entrenched incumbents and deliver real impact for partners and customers,” writes Prusinski in a release.
