Honda Recalls Over 200,000 SUVs Over Fuel Leak Issue

The National Highway Traffic Safety Administration (NHTSA) announced Honda will recall more than 200,000 2023-’24 Passport and 2023-’25 Pilot SUVs following the discovery of a potential fire risk in those models.
“The recall, which includes 205,760 vehicles, is due to the fuel filler neck tube and fuel filler pipe possibly separating, allowing fuel to leak. A fuel leak in the presence of an ignition source increases the risk of a fire, the NHTSA said,” USA Today reported.
NHTSA said recall notices are expected to deploy starting Jan. 6.
