Lithia & Driveway acquired Acura, Honda and Subaru stores in Jacksonville and Gainesville, Fla., from Duval Motor Company, marking L&D’s expansion into the North Florida market.

The three rooftops are expected to add more than $200 million per year in annual revenue, according to a release announcing the transactions, pushing year-to-date projected revenues to $5.9 billion.
