Suncoast Credit Union Adds Informed.IQ AI Automation

Auto finance AI solutions provider Informed.IQ has partnered with Suncoast Credit Union, providing a “low-lift” integration designed to accelerate funding and enhance dealer satisfaction.

In a joint press release, Carly Mullins, Suncoast’s vice president of Consumer Loan Fulfillment, says the credit union’s primary goals are to improve funding turnaround time and increase each team member’s daily loan processing count.

“We wanted to scale without adding complexity,” Mullins writes. “With Informed, we’ve been able to boost our funding output, reduce turnaround time, and improve the dealer experience — all with minimal disruption to our existing systems.”

“Suncoast wants to set the standard for practical, high-ROI AI adoption in credit unions,” adds Informed.IQ CEO Justin Wickett. “This is what AI-enabled transformation should look like — focused, fast and frictionless.”
