TradePending Adds Consumer-Facing Automated Valuation Tool

TradePending announced the launch of Value Watch, a new tool designed to send enrolled car shoppers monthly emails and text messages to keep them apprised of the value of their trade-ins.
Any website visitor who submits a trade-in lead or uses a monthly payment calculator that includes a trade-in is enrolled in Value Watch, keeping potential customers engaged with the dealership.
“Value Watch levels the playing field by delivering consistent, meaningful communications that help keep the dealership top of mind, strengthening the dealership-customer relationship,” writes TradePending CEO Brice Englert in a release announcing the launch. “Value Watch is about helping dealerships build their brand while driving measurable business results, without requiring any additional work.”
