New Tool Converts Monthly Financial Statement Into Dealer Action Plan

Pocket20’s dealer- and agent-facing platform is now live, offering 20 Group-level insights on a monthly basis by using financial statements to create a dollarized action plan with items ranked by their impact on the dealer’s bottom line.
Pocket20 allows users to upload monthly financials to a brand- and format-agnostic portal. Every line is benchmarked and analyzed, contributing data to a “full set” of operator-facing tools, including forecasting, statement grading, pay plans, trends and group rollups, according to a release.
“Every dealer I know is sitting on a monthly statement full of money they can’t see,” writes co-founder Korey Pulluaim. “A 20-group meets a few times a year. The statement comes every month. Pocket20 reads it the way the best operator you’ve ever worked for would read it — and it doesn’t quit until you’re standing on the root cause. That’s the difference between information and a plan.”
Executives say Pocket20 offers dealer agents a reporting and F&I tool that complements, rather than competes with, the systems they already use.
“Instead of showing up with the same numbers everyone else has, an agent can put a ranked, dollarized action plan in the dealer’s hands every month, become the person who helps them find money, and deepen the relationship that protects their book of business,” the release states.
