Ancira Automotive Group has acquired Patriot Buick GMC, a dealership known for serving the Killeen, Texas, community and families stationed at nearby Fort Hood for 34 years.

No staffing changes are expected, according to a press release issued by Haig Partners, which advised former owner and dealer John Kliewer on the sale to San Antonio-based Ancira.

“Patriot has been more than just a business — it’s been a part of our family and a part of this incredible community,” Kliewer writes. “It has been our greatest honor to serve generations of customers with honesty, personal care and a deep respect for the men and women of Fort Hood and the greater Killeen area.”
