AutoNation Acquires, Renames Last of Summit Groove Stores
AutoNation has acquired Groove Ford and Groove Mazda of suburban Denver from Summit Automotive Partners, according to Pinnacle Mergers & Acquisitions, which brokered the sale.
Located in suburban Englewood, Colo., the newly renamed AutoNation Ford Arapahoe and AutoNation Mazda Arapahoe bring the dealer group’s Colorado rooftop count to 22. They were the last of Summit’s Groove-branded stores and are AutoNation’s first Ford and Mazda franchises in the Centennial State.
