Anomaly Labs CEO Marty Hu believes his company’s AI-powered F&I training tool, AutoTrainer, demonstrated at NADA Show in February and Agent Summit in May, will help dealers complete compliance checklists while F&I professionals sharpen their skills again AI “customers” they can role-play against in real time.

In an interview with John Huetter of Automotive News, Hu said Anomaly’s initial focus was on identifying compliance issues. But he noted that agents see the value in the data and are helping drive AutoTrainer’s growth.

“We’re seeing that reflected in the [F&I gross profit per vehicle], so it pays for itself,” Hu told Huetter.
