eLEND Adds LetzChat Translation to Express Credit App

eLEND Solutions and LetzChat have partnered to add multilanguage translation to eLEND’s Express Credit app to help dealers engage with the LetzChat-calculated 10% to 20% of car buyers who primarily speak a language other than English.
LetzChat was designed to not only allow a customer to choose another language but to detect their preferred language and “seamlessly” transition to it, executives say in a release.
“Language barriers … can make the sensitive auto finance process more time-consuming, while risking the loss of the customer,” writes eLEND CEO Pete MacInnis. “This new translation feature intuitively detects customers’ preferred language, meaning they can complete pre-qualification and pre-approvals online in their native language with confidence, and auto dealers can better serve their diverse and multilingual customer bases.”
