Family Sells Indiana Group in Record 9-Store Transaction
After 100 years, the family tradition has ended at Bosak Automotive. The nine-store Northwest Indiana group’s third-generation owners have sold their dealerships in separate deals with Victory Automotive Group and the Garff Family of Dealerships.
Haig Partners brokered and announced the deal. Executives say the transactions, taken together, set records for the state and nation.
“The Bosak family assembled an impressive group of franchises over the years, including two Honda dealerships and a Toyota dealership,” writes President Alan Haig, in part. “We believe that the sale of the Bosak Auto Group was the largest and most valuable group ever sold in Indiana and the largest dealership group in the U.S. to have sold so far in 2025.”
