Lithia Adds to Luxury Collection With SoCal Porsche, Audi Stores

Lithia Motors (div. Lithia & Driveway) has acquired Porsche Beverly Hills and Audi Santa Monica from dealer Geoffrey Emery, the company announced, marking its 12th and 13th acquisitions of the year following last month’s purchase of three Orange County, Calif., Hyundai dealerships.
The high-volume stores will add $450 million in annualized revenue to Lithia’s balance sheet, writes President and CEO Bryan DeBoer in a press release announcing the deal.
“We’re excited to welcome Porsche Beverly Hills and Audi Santa Monica to the Lithia family — two iconic dealerships rooted in [one] of the world’s most prestigious and globally recognized luxury automotive markets,” DeBoer says. “These stores elevate our luxury mix, expand our ecosystem, and will deliver meaningful, accretive earnings.”
