PCMI Adds Loyalty Program Management to PCRS Platform

PCMI announced the addition of loyalty program management capabilities to its Policy Claim and Reporting Solutions platform. Executives said the enhancement is part of an effort to help dealers drive fixed ops revenue and retention.
“The new loyalty program capabilities in PCRS empowers administrators to support dealers in driving repeat business by incentivizing customers to return for future services,” a PCMI release states, in part. “Dealers can offer no-cost warranties — such as parts and labor, engine for life, battery for life, or lot programs — directly through the service drive.”
The new functionality’s “streamlined, all-in-one approach” promises the need for fewer third-party tools and seamless DMS integration, among other benefits, according to the release.
