Jerry Seiner Auto Group has acquired Ocean Honda of San Juan Capistrano from Victory Automotive Group. The Orange County dealership, renamed Jerry Seiner Honda, is the Salt Lake City-based group’s first in California.

Victory was advised by Mike Sims, president, and Wes Hamilton, executive vice president of Pinnacle Mergers & Acquisitions.

“We’ve had the privilege of working with Victory Automotive Group for many years, and this marks our 15th transaction together,” Sims writes in a release. “The Victory team continues to set a high standard for operational excellence and strategic growth. It’s always a pleasure to help them achieve their goals.”

Victory has also been in acquisition mode of late, including the September purchase of Weiss Toyota of Concord, Mo. The Seiner group made news in February when Carvana acquired the store formerly known as Jerry Seiner Chrysler-Dodge-Jeep-Ram of Casa Grande (Ariz.), representing the online retailer’s first foray into the new car market.
