In his latest column for Auto Dealer Today, attorney and Mosaic Compliance Services chief Jim Ganther predicts a number of benefits to dealers and consumer will flow from economic, trade and environmental policies promoted, enacted and enforced by a second Trump administration.

Ganther says major changes are in store for emissions standards, EV tax credits, prices for imported vehicles and more.

Writing between President-elect Donald J. Trump’s electoral victory and upcoming inauguration, Ganther notes, “it was appropriate to polish up my crystal ball and share my thoughts on how Trump 2.0 will impact the retail automotive industry. Spoiler alert: It should be mostly good.”
