Trump Grants 30-Day Pause on Tariffs for US Automakers

President Donald Trump has granted a one-month exemption to steep new tariffs on goods imported from Canada and Mexico for U.S. automakers, according to the Associated Press and other sources.

“He told them that they should get on it, start investing, start moving, shift production here to the United States of America where they will pay no tariff,” Leavitt said.
