DriveCentric Adds Data Axle to Mine Records for Sales, Service Opportunities

DriveCentric has partnered with Data Axle to help dealers refresh outdated and fragmented customer records, with the goal of uncovering sales and service opportunities that have gone dormant in their data.
Data Axle’s consumer and automotive data is intended to give dealers a current view of their customers and households, according to a release. Combined with DriveCentric’s recently announced Customer Data Platform, the data is also designed to improve the information behind DriveCentric’s native marketing, AI agents and engagement workflows. The companies expect the services to become available to DriveCentric dealers later this quarter.
“As AI takes on more of the customer relationship, the quality of a dealership’s data becomes part of the quality of its service,” writes Andrew Frawley, CEO of Data Axle.
