Hudson Automotive Group has acquired all 15 Baton Rouge, La.-area All Star Automotive dealerships, which collectively account for 17% of the market’s new vehicle sales, according to a release from Kerrigan Advisors, which represented Charleston, S.C.-based Hudson in the deal.

The acquisition includes Ford, GM, Chrysler, Hyundai, Kia and Genesis, Nissan, Toyota and Volvo franchises, as well as the All Star Pre-Owned Super Center.
