Integration Gives Tekion Dealers BLiNK AI Service Engagement

BLiNK AI has integrated with Tekion, adding a multifaceted automated service engagement solution to Tekion’s Automotive Partner Cloud platform and streamlining service workflows.

In addition to inbound appointment scheduling via web, phone, text and chat, BLiNK AI offers telematics-driven alerts as well as campaign follow-up and call handling. In a release, executives say the integration will pay dividends for dealers as well as customers.
