iTapMenu’s new Remote Menu feature was designed to allow F&I professionals to deliver complete, interactive menu presentations to customers’ personal devices via text.

The new feature, part of iTapMenu’s “Ultra” subscription tier, allows customers to use their own computer, tablet or phone to review options at their own pace. Executives say the technology also helps dealerships provide a professional experience even when F&I departments are understaffed or overloaded.

“The technology ensures customers receive comprehensive information about available F&I products even during peak periods or when immediate manager availability is limited,” an iTapMenu release reads, in part. “Instead of rushing through presentations or missing sales opportunities, dealerships can provide customers with a complete menu experience on demand.”
