JM Family Enters Partnership, Invests in RockED

JM Family Enterprises has joined forces with RockED, a mobile app-based training solution designed to create “personalized learning paths” to identify topics and skills in need of focus and improvement.
Executives from both companies alluded to the challenges dealers face in staffing their sales and F&I teams and coaching them to success in a changing auto retail and finance landscape.
The partnership seeks to provide “bite-sized, data-driven lessons that fit in the palm of the employee’s hands — enabling anywhere, anytime learning,” said Kevin Hull, director of strategy at JM&A Group, in a release. “The talent landscape across the automotive industry is undergoing a shift, and addressing these challenges requires a dynamic and adaptive approach.”
