A new strategic partnership combines Mosaic Compliance Services’ digital compliance suite with Gather’s verification tools, including identity verification powered by CLEAR and real-time insurance validation.

Mosaic will offer Gather’s solutions — including a $1 million “no-fraud guarantee” for customers who complete the verification process — and Gather will offer Mosaic’s comprehensive digital compliance services, including training, auditing, policies and risk management support.

“Effective compliance isn’t confined to a single transaction or department — it has to be embedded across the entire dealership,” writes Mosaic’s vice president of sales, John Zwerneman, in a release. “This partnership allows us to pair strong identity and insurance verification at the front end of the deal with the policies, training, and oversight dealers need to stay protected long term.”
