ProMax Adds AI Lead-Response Agent to CRM Platform
ProMax has launched ProMax BDC AI, an AI-powered lead-response agent built to engage internet leads by text and email around the clock, with early results showing a 92% lead contact rate and a 65% show rate on confirmed appointments.
The agent is designed to carry on two-way conversations with shoppers, identify relevant inventory, gather trade-in information and guide conversations toward confirmed showroom appointments without requiring a BDC rep to be available, according to a release. When a shopper needs a human, employees can take over the conversation with the full interaction already captured in the customer record.
“Dealers spend real money to generate internet leads, and too many opportunities are lost simply because nobody was available to answer,” writes Greg Becker, COO of ProMax. “BDC AI changes that.”
ProMax BDC AI is available now as an add-on to ProMax Complete.
