Protective Asset Protection has launched an AI-fueled expansion to its training platform for F&I professionals in auto, RV, powersport and marine dealerships, including the integration of Anomaly Labs’ AutoTrainer coaching and roleplaying tool.
Executives say the enhancements to the online Protective Training Institute are designed to help users hone their core F&I skills — understanding the “Why” of products and protection and mastering the “anatomy of a close” — and practice staying calm and collected in the box.
