PureCars Says AutoAlert Acquisition Creates AI Powerhouse

Customer data management and advertising solutions provider PureCars has acquired AutoAlert, a leading data mining and customer engagement firm, creating a “powerhouse” dealer partner, the companies announced.
Executives say the acquisition merges PureCars’ ad tech, CDP, DMP and agentic AI with AutoAlert’s dealer suite — which includes data mining as well as CRM, marketing engagement and customer loyalty capabilities — to supercharge AI-driven lead nurturing.
“By bringing our organizations together, we’re delivering something the market has long needed: a truly unified data and activation engine,” PureCars CEO Lauren Donalson writes in a release. “Dealers won’t just have access to better data — they’ll be able to execute on it seamlessly across every media channel and every stage of the customer journey to drive more high-quality leads and service appointments to their dealerships at a reduced expense.”
