Smart AutoCare Appoints Marinacci, Erickson to VP Roles

John Marinacci and Charlie Erickson have joined Smart AutoCare’s executive leadership team as vice president of operations and business strategy and vice president of client experience, respectively.
Marinacci’s two-plus decades of experience includes initiatives integrating advanced analytics, AI-driven workflows and automation tools. Erickson’s client experience leadership has focused on building profitable, high-touch client relationships.
Both are tasked with advancing operational performance, deepening relationships with agents, dealers and other partners while expanding Smart AutoCare’s network, executives say in a release.
