ACV, DriveCentric Integrate to Turn Service Lane Visits Into Acquisitions

ACV Auctions and DriveCentric have announced a strategic integration that connects ACV’s ClearCar pricing engine and VIPER AI-powered vehicle inspection and valuation platform with DriveCentric’s newly launched Service Engagement Hub, a CRM purpose-built for fixed operations.
The integration was designed to give dealership service and sales teams real-time vehicle data — from arrival through inspection, service recommendations and potential trade acquisition — without leaving their existing workflow, according to a release.
“Every day, dealerships have hundreds of customers driving into their service lane, representing one of the largest untapped sources of retail inventory,” writes George Chamoun, CEO of ACV. “By integrating VIPER with DriveCentric, we’re enabling dealers to intelligently identify acquisition opportunities, standardize inspections and create a better ownership experience for consumers — all within the dealership’s existing workflow.”
Executives say dealers can use the combined platforms to standardize multipoint inspections, identify tire replacement and maintenance opportunities, and present customers with trade-in and upgrade options based on actual vehicle condition data.
“The service drive is where dealerships see their customers most often, yet it’s been the most underserved part of the store,” says DriveCentric division head Joe Hampton. “A service lane that engages customers intelligently, uncovers real acquisition opportunities, and turns everyday appointments into measurable results.”
