Lokam.ai, a new, voice-first, AI-powered sales and service platform built for dealerships and backed by its first customer, World Auto Group of North and Central New Jersey, is now online.

In a release, executives say the new platform delivers “high-impact” follow-up, integrating with the dealer’s CRM and DMS to contact unsold showroom visitors as well as recent service customers, automating such tasks as callbacks and survey requests.
