The Reynolds and Reynolds Company has launched Rey, a new agentic AI solution designed to help dealership professionals complete a range of tasks within the Reynolds DMS.

Executives say Rey will be integrated throughout the DMS’s toolkit. The AI assistant can be tasked with providing strategic recommendations, running reports, contacting Reynolds’s Technical Assistance Center and more.

“We are one of only a handful of companies on the planet attempting to deliver this level of AI,” writes Chris Walsh, president and acting CEO of Reynolds, in a release. “The response from dealers has been fun to see. I have been with Reynolds for four decades, and I don’t remember a new release with this much excitement around it.”
