Impel has announced what the dealership AI provider is calling an industry first: AI-generated videos featuring avatars of AI sales agents.
Executives say the ability to offer highly personalized and “humanlike” video introductions and ongoing conversations at any hour delivered a 150% improvement in customer engagement rates and a 40% increase in scheduled sales appointments in dealership testing.
