myKaarma Earns Stellantis Certification, Pulling OEM Data Into the Service Lane

myKaarma has earned certification as a Service Lane Technology partner for Stellantis’s Mopar Service Gateway, connecting OEM vehicle data, service appointments and diagnostic information directly into myKaarma workflows at Stellantis dealerships.
“For Stellantis dealerships, that means making OEM intelligence easier to use without adding friction to the service lane,” writes myKaarma CEO Ujj Nath in a release. “Our integration with Mopar Service Gateway brings that information into the technology dealers already rely on.”
Supported service appointments booked through Mopar.com or participating Stellantis brand sites can flow directly into myKaarma Scheduler, compared against advisor availability in real time. At check-in, stores using myKaarma Mobile Check-In gain access to OEM data including warranty coverage, existing service contracts and service history for the VIN. Dealerships with a Mopar Diagnostic Pod can also surface diagnostic trouble codes, mileage, tire pressure and pod status within myKaarma at the time of check-in, all according to the release.
“The Mopar Service Gateway is designed to make service interactions more efficient and convenient, and integrations with key SLT partners like myKaarma play an important role in delivering that value,” writes Darren Bradshaw, SVP of parts and services at Stellantis North America.
myKaarma recently announced a pilot with UTI-Atlanta to integrate its digital multipoint inspection platform into automotive technician training.
