New AI Roleplay Platform Trains Sales, F&I and Service

DealSpeak is a new, AI-powered training platform for dealership sales, BDC, F&I and service professionals as well as auto brokers and repair shop staff.
Executives say DealSpeak users practice with realistic AI “customers,” honing their communication and negotiating skills in such industry-specific scenarios as price objections, trade-in valuations, service recommendations and financing concerns.
“Dealership training is often hard to scale because the most important skills are conversation-based,” writes the company’s founder, Tyler Rice, in a release. “DealSpeak gives automotive teams a safe place to practice those conversations before they happen with real customers.”
