New Drivee AI Agent Automates Leads for Dealership Sales Teams
Drivee AI has released an updated version of Sofia, the AI assistant designed to ensure incoming sales leads are processed and responded to. Sofia V2 is backed by Drivee AI’s new ATLAS intelligence engine, adding context and actionable recommendations for dealership staff.
ATLAS allows Sofia V2 to track lead behavior in real time, pulling data from lead sources, dealer-customer communications, website activity and more, according to a release.
“When we built Sofia, we set out to make sure no lead ever went unanswered. We did that,” writes Drivee AI founder and CEO Shaun Boland. “With V2 we asked a bigger question.
