Nobilis Group has promoted Stan Starnes to president and Jeff Beaver to chief administration officer and hired Rushi Modha, the former Smart AutoCare president, as chief operating officer.

Starnes joined the company in 2008 and had served as COO since 2015. Beaver was named chief marketing officer in 2019, four years into his Nobilis tenure. Modha, a 23-year industry veteran, served in executive roles with PwC and AIG before joining Smart AutoCare in 2021.

Nobilis, which is home to the Dent Zone, NanoCure and PDR LINX brands, is led by founder and CEO Troy Good.
