QoreAI has partnered with autonomous AI agent provider ID Privacy AI to give dealerships a unified customer intelligence foundation paired with AI-driven engagement across voice, SMS, email and web, the companies announced.

The partnership combines QoreAI’s unified data layer — connecting CRM, DMS, service and inventory, among other dealership systems — with ID Privacy AI’s autonomous agents, which are built to handle lead follow-up, appointment scheduling, service retention and recall outreach.

“Dealers have spent years accumulating customer data across dozens of disconnected systems,” writes Todd Smith, CEO of QoreAI, in a release. “The challenge has never been collecting data. The challenge has been making it useful.”

QoreAI launched its dealership data platform earlier this month, naming Lokam.ai as its first native agentic partner.
