TruVideo Embeds AI Video and Transcription Into Keyloop’s Service Hub

TruVideo has announced a partnership with Keyloop, a UK-based automotive retail technology company that powers more than 20,000 dealers across more than 90 countries. The companies have agreed to integrate TruVideo’s AI-powered video capture, noise cancellation and automated transcription directly into Service Hub, Keyloop’s cloud-native aftersales platform.
The partnership is designed to allow technicians to record and share video from the workshop floor without leaving their workflow, with TruVideo’s AI Noise Cancellation built to learn each technician’s voice and filter out ambient shop noise. Automated multilingual subtitles and transcription are designed to make videos accessible regardless of a customer’s language, and every video syncs immediately with the customer’s service record inside Service Hub, all according to a release.
“Customers increasingly expect workshops to use video to explain work done, secure approvals and justify upsell,” writes Keyloop CPO Adrian Nash. “By partnering with TruVideo, we can help aftersales teams use best-of-breed video tools to maximize conversions and break down some of the common barriers that exist between workshops and customers.”
“We are excited about the deployment for Service Hub pilot sites, supercharging the video capabilities within Keyloop’s Fusion platform,” adds Joe Shaker, co-founder and CEO of TruVideo, noting future planned integrations include Video Quality Scoring, tire scanning and compatibility with wearables.
