DriveCentric Launches CDP to Unify Customer Data Across Rooftops

Oct. 15, 2026 | |

DriveCentric’s new Customer Data Platform was designed to bring customer information together across rooftops, systems and interactions for dealer groups, creating a shared data foundation that the company says is built to support the AI and engagement capabilities it plans to add over time.

The CDP draws on DriveCentric’s existing integrations to consolidate customer identity, deal history, service history, communications and activity into a unified record available across the group, according to a release. Its first major component is an Enterprise Customer Profile that maintains store-level permissions and attribution while surfacing the complete customer relationship across rooftops.

“Dealer groups increasingly operate as connected businesses, but customer data is still too often fragmented by store and by system,” writes DriveCentric CEO Matt Leone. “We believe the next generation of dealership engagement has to understand the customer across the entire relationship, not just the most recent lead or the store where that record happens to live.”

DriveCentric recently added Acquire Agent, a new, automated trade-in lead response tool.
