Dealers Say CRM-DMS Integration Issues Slow Transactions

A new Botdoc.io survey finds more than 70% of dealers frequently experience CRM-DMS integration issues that frustrate employees and customers and hurt profitability.

More than 2,500 U.S. dealership professionals participated in the survey. Analysts say the results prove “integration gaps” are affecting operations. One in five respondents said those gaps result in delayed transactions. Other issues cited include inconsistent information (21.4%), increased manual work (18.5%) and data duplication (17.5%).

“Auto dealers are facing unprecedented challenges due to outdated systems that fail to communicate effectively. These inefficiencies not only waste time but also erode customer trust and increase operational costs,” writes Botdoc.io Executive Vice President of Automotive Sales Paul Croshaw in a press release. “We believe today’s advanced technology has the ability to expedite and connect behind-the-scenes systems and data to truly empower dealers with secure, seamless solutions that eliminate these barriers and drive success.”
