Car Wars has integrated its AI-powered Cari Scheduler with UpdatePromise’s service scheduling and communications platform for franchised dealerships, the companies announced.

“UpdatePromise has earned the trust of franchise dealerships across the country,” writes Car Wars CEO Stephane Ferri in a release. “By integrating Cari directly into that platform, we’re giving dealers a way to automate scheduling without sacrificing the accuracy and reliability their operations depend on.”

Executives say the integration will help UpdatePromise users deliver a friendlier and more efficient service experience.
