Access to CDK’s Fixed Operations Suite is no longer restricted to dealers using CDK’s dealer management system, the company announced, expanding access to the feature-rich digital service lane solution.

In a release, Chief Product Officer Sanjay Almeida cites a recent survey of service customers, nearly 40% of whom encountered challenges with understanding repairs, conveying their needs and maintaining communication.
