Ford Switches From Employee Pricing to ‘Zero, Zero, Zero’

Ford has dropped the national “From America, For America” employee discount campaign the factory launched in April in favor of a new incentive: zero percent financing for 48 months with zero down and zero due for 90 days.
The offer is available to all qualified new vehicle buyers and applies to most Ford and Lincoln models. Excluded are the 2025 Lincoln Navigator and Ford Bronco, Expedition, Maverick, Ranger and Super Duty, the 2024 F-150 Lightning and Mustang Mach-E, and all 2024 and ’25 Bronco and F-150 Raptor editions.
The new campaign follows positive June and Q2 sales reports. Ford was the only U.S.-facing manufacturer to register double-digit (10.1%) year-over-year gains for June. Quarterly sales increased by 14.4% compared with Q2 2024, nearly doubling Detroit rival General Motors’ 7.3% improvement.
“Employee pricing for all was easy to understand and resonated with customers. But we also heard from our Ford and Lincoln dealers that more customers could benefit if we could reduce the upfront, out-of-pocket expense to buy or lease a vehicle,” executives write in a release. “Many families have seen their savings go toward higher mortgage rates and summer travel costs. They want a new vehicle but also want options that allow them to forgo an upfront down payment.”
