Tech Video Grader is one of a number of new, AI-driven service lane and payments solutions MyKaarma is set to debut at the upcoming 2026 NADA Show (Feb. 3–6, Las Vegas). The new tool was designed to help dealers improve and standardize the quality of service technician-produced videos.

Located at Booth 1753W, the MyKaarma team also will demo its new ServiceConcierge with Service Pre-Diag AI voice agent and the AI-powered Communications+ inbound message prioritizer.
