New BizzyCar AI Engine Seeks, Schedules Service Customers

BizzyCar has launched Service Engine, an AI-powered platform designed to use dealership data to autonomously identify service opportunities, engage customers and schedule appointments, then follow up at regular intervals and reengage lost customers.

In a release, executives say the new tool was developed at the request of dealers who use BizzyCar’s AI-driven recall management and mobile service solutions. The company boasts a 52% conversion rate for recall-driven campaigns, which employ the same AI agent as Service Engine.

“Dealers are under constant pressure to keep service lanes full without adding staff,” writes Ryan Maher, CEO of BizzyCar. “Service Engine lets them do just that.”
